A wise man once noted
...
"Today, people can say anything they want.
Suddenly it gets in the rumor mill and then it evolves
and then somehow it becomes fact and you say,
'What is this?
You know, why don't you ask me?'"
...
Welp.
Today I'm writing to quash those nasty little rumors
that have been circulating about me lately.
[and the other rumor that I started the rumors just to garnish more attention.]
[psh.]
Honestly...
I've had it up to here with all the
false accusations
lack of evidence
misunderstanding
&
flat-out lies
about me
and the people I love.
I need to be as plain as a pikestaff on this matter.
...
Just because I PERSONALLY run as slow as a turtle
and don't LOVE or OBSESS over the Olympic games-
it does NOT mean I train
any potential future Olympians
to run at my same pace
or hold the universal games with disdain in their heart.
I repeat.
I do NOT
I do NOT
accept mediocrity
out of the children I love the most.
Especially not when I see the raw talent they possess.
Even if I wanted to
I couldn't even begin to harness the white lightning that lives inside
some of these beasts of lil athletes I have in my life.
So-
to assuage any doubts you had about
my abilities to produce
Olympic Champions
out of
itty bitties
simply because I (myself) was born bankrupt in the athletic department...
let me offer you
proof.
Boom.
I rest my case.
Rumor dismissed.

Have you ever been the subject of a nasty rumor?
Are you an enthusiastic fan of the Olympic Games?
Are you personally a turtle or a hare?

I'm a turtle! Not an athletic bone in my body. I think people are bored if they resort to spreading stupid nonsensical rumors. Ignore them!
Ok, you were not born bankrupt in the athletic dept. You rocked on the dance team, and you can play volleyball, and without injury, you run well too. Those are just a few of the things I can think of right now. Rumor has it (Adele), that you have been blessed in many other areas also. Keep training the little Olympians, I would love to watch them someday win medals. We are watching the Olympics right now.
